We offer solutions to measure and evaluate the impact of interventions on any scale, from local development projects to multi-country programmes. Our evaluators have strong academic backgrounds and international experience working with national governments, non-profits and multilateral agencies.
Our mission is to use social science methods to analyze the performance of institutions acting in the public interest, and to help them amplify, improve, and sustain societal benefits.

IN-HOUSE TEAM

Fabrizio Rigout • Senior Associate
Fabrizio is a sociologist and professional evaluator. His expertise includes survey research design, interview methods, and interpretation and measurement of cultural variables. He holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley.

Natália Valdiones • Office Manager
Natália has MBAs in Business Intelligence and Strategic Business Management as well as a BA in Management from UniFMU, São Paulo

Pauline Mauclet • Evaluator
Pauline holds a degree in economics and management from the University of Namur in Belgium and a master's degree in strategy and innovation. During her graduate studies she developed interest in policy evaluation using quantitative methods, which is the focus of her work with us. Prior to joining Plan, Pauline worked at UNCTAD.

Yasmin Winther Almeida • Knowledge Manager
Yasmin holds a BSc in Economics from PUC-SP in Brazil and an MSc in Economic Policy from SOAS, University of London. Additionally, she has extensive training in applied econometrics and quantitative methods. Prior to joining Plan, Yasmin worked in the UN System in different capacities and regions.

Larissa Maciel Leite • Tender Manager
Larissa holds 3 bachelor's degrees: International Relations and Economics from FACAMP in Brazil and Business Administration from ICN in France. She has worked for 4 years in the Automotive Sector in Result Controlling and for 1,5 year in Innovation and New Business Development

Lucas Petri Damiani • Statistician
Lucas holds a BA and an MA in statistics from the Institute of Mathematics and Statistics of the University of São Paulo (USP). He is currently doing a PhD at the same institution. He is an assiduous R user, particularly interested in the graphic presentation of results

Laís Faleiros • Project Manager
Laís holds a degree in Public Administration from São Paulo State University and a Masters in Management of Public Organizations and Systems from the Federal University of São Carlos. She is a specialist in Cost-Benefit Analysis and Social Return on Investiment (SROI).
João Paulo Cavalcante • Project Manager
João holds a degree in International Relations from the FACAMP in Brazil and a master's degree in International Development from the Université Grenoble-Alpes in France. He has worked for 5 years in the World Food Program (WFP) and developed a solid experience in management, backstopping and quality supervision services in various consultancy firms.
