Founded in 2007, Plan Eval is a consultancy firm dedicated to monitoring and evaluating public-interest programmes.

We offer solutions to measure and evaluate the impact of interventions on any scale, from local development projects to multi-country programmes. Our evaluators have strong academic backgrounds and international experience working with national governments, non-profits and multilateral agencies.

Our mission is to use social science methods to analyze the performance of institutions acting in the public interest, and to help them amplify, improve, and sustain societal benefits.
