ABOUT US

Plan Eval is an evaluation practice active in Brazil since 2007 and in the European Union since 2016. Our experts have solid academic background and produce highly relevant evaluations for government, philanthropic and international cooperation institutions.

Our evaluation processes are structured around a Quality Management System certified by the ISO 9001:2015 standard. We are institutional members of the European Evaluation Society and of the board of the Brazilian Monitoring and Evaluation Network. We work in Portuguese, Spanish, English and French.

We produce critical studies of the performance of public-interest organizations, and thereby seek to expand, improve and make more lasting the benefits they provide to society.

Our vision is of a society in which public institutions positively transform the lives of citizens; in which the mandates delegated to these organizations are fulfilled based on clear priorities; and in which policy debate relies on evidence and rationality.

Our values: pluralism, scientific curiosity, nonpartisanship and methodological rigor
