M&E plan for the Young Collective programme

The Coca-Cola Institute asked Plan Eval to help improve the indicators it uses for the M&E of its Young Collective programme. By conducting focus groups and phone interviews with young workers and recruiters of the programme, Plan was able to optimize the existing research instruments, which were then tested during a pilot. A manual was also written for the application of the research instruments and analysis of the collected data.
