Baseline evaluation of the Happy Childhood project
This baseline evaluation describes the context in which Plan International's Happy Childhood project set itself and served as a basis for the programme's future intermediate and final evaluations. The research team conducted semi-structured interviews and focus groups and applied a questionnaire with 109 fathers, mothers and caregivers.
