Logical Framework for the Solutions for Cities Programme


Construction of the Logical Framework for the monitoring and evaluation of the Solutions for Cities programme, focused on integrated urban development. Plan Eval led workshops to define problems and objectives and to build the logical framework used by the Brazilian Association of Portland Cement (ABCP) to support municipalities in drawing up plans for mobility, sanitation and housing.
