The C&A Foundation invited Plan Eval to accompany the initial stages of a multi-stakeholder project aimed at improving work conditions in the garment industry. Throughout the project's first phase, our team met with project partners, sat for planning meetings and focus groups with stakeholders to provide real-time feedback for improvement using the developmental approach first proposed by Michael Quinn Patton in addition to OECD DAC-5 criteria.
