Gente de Valor was a sustainable rural development project that provided infrastructure, technical assistance, access to water and organization in cooperatives for small farmers in remote rural areas. The United Nations' International Fund for Agricultural Development hired Plan as part of a long-term contract to conduct all data collection, consisting of a sample survey, focus groups and interviews. The data produced will be used to evaluate the impact of the program.
