The evaluation of the results obtained by the producers of agroecological cotton in the regions of Sertão do Araripe and Serra da Capivara was based on a baseline made with treatment and control groups (785 families in total). At the same time, Plan developed and applied a questionnaire to measure partner organization progress. This instrument was based on the guiding social principles of the Dutch fund Porticus, constituted by the shareholders of the C&A group and applicable to projects in other parts of the world.
