Final Evaluation of WITNESS Forced Evictions Campaign


Final evaluation of the campaign against forced evictions, through document reviews, interviews and data analysis in the cities of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and New York. WITNESS - Videos for change is an NGO that trains people who see their human rights threatened to use cameras to document abuses. In this project, the Plan team evaluated the effectiveness of using video documentaries to prevent illegal evictions for the construction of sports arenas and infra-structure for the World Cup and the Olympic Games.
