Votorantim Cimentos, a top-5 global cement corporation, entrusted Plan with the mapping of critical social aspects in the areas of influence of the company's operations. Our team developed a standardized questionnaire to be filled out by top management in each industrial plant. Based on this information, risk and opportunity matrices were produced in 5 strategic areas. A scorecard then indicated priorities for mitigating negative impact and opportunities for shared value generation.
