Impact Assessment and Social Return on Investment evaluation of the Healthy Eating Habits Project. The project aimed to improve the quality of life of industry employees by stimulating healthy food preparation and grocery shopping habits. The evaluation combined a semi-experiment with a valuation round. In the first case, health indicators were compared before and after participation in the project, and between treated and untreated workers. In the second, participants assigned monetary values to the services received.
