Systematization of the work of the Criminal Justice Network. Plan Eval traced the organization's history by retracing its formation and consolidation, and highlighting milestones, improvements, lessons learned and challenges faced since its creation. This was done in a way that encouraged improvements in the Network's functioning but also as an aid to organizations wishing to adopt a similar structure. The Criminal Justice Network brings together NGOs working for the improvement of prison conditions and fairness in penal execution.
