Diagnostic research on the Situation of children and youth in a city in Southern Brazil, based on in-depth interviews, mapping of vulnerabilities and institutions, and equipment available for child and adolescent care. Five policy areas were examined: Life and Health; Education, Culture, Sport and Leisure; Family and Community Living; Freedom, Respect and Dignity; Professionalization and Protection at Work. Based on this research, Plan Eval proposed strategic policy objectives complete with activities, targets and an implementation timeline.
