Plan Eval carried out an Urban and Rural Social Diagnosis of the Municipality of Poços de Caldas (population 151.000) by means of the survey of indicators in the areas of public security, education, health, housing and infrastructure, among others. The information was used to support the targeting of public policy. Specific software was developed to visualize and update this data in the form of dynamic indicator dashboards.
