Economic and Impact Assessment of the Urban Centers for Culture, Art, Science and Sport (CUCA), in the municipality of Fortaleza


Evaluation of the network of cultural and sports centers for youth aged 15 to 29 in Fortaleza. Plan measured the impact of the programme on integral development, quality of life, respect for human rights and cultural diversity. In the absence of a baseline, a retrospective assignment of treatment and control groups was performed to measure programme impact through a representative survey, as well as focus groups and interviews with clients and their families. The evaluation also included a cost-benefit analysis.
