Monitoring and Evaluation of the Learning Language Project


As part of the technical support to the M&E of the Learning Language Project, Plan created a participatory theory of change, defined the research techniques to be adopted, revised questionnaires and supervised the evaluation research. Learning Language aims to reduce inequality in the performance of public school students by educating educators in language acquisition stimulation practices and mobilizing school officials around this objective. The project is supported by LabEdu and Harvard University.
