External Evaluation of the "Clean Games Inside and Outside the Stadiums" project


The evaluation of the Clean Games project examined the pro-integrity mobilization campaign led by the Ethos Institute in the years leading up to the World Cup in Brazil and the Rio Olympic Games. The project developed transparency indicators for local governments and was key in advocating for the Anti-Corruption Law. Using DAC-5 criteria, this fieldwork and desk review-based evaluation focused on the legacy of the project to the anti-corruption agenda. "Clean Games" was supported by the Siemens Integrity Initiative and the World Bank.
