This project was carried out by the director of Plan Eval, Fabrizio Rigout, and consisted in the formulation and implementation of the monitoring system of the Telecentros.BR Program, aiming at supporting decision-making. Telecentros.BR was a policy involving the Communications and Planning ministries that provided internet access infrastructure to the farthest corners of Brazil with the support of civil society organizations and associations.
