In 2017, Plan Eval reviewed the monitoring and evaluation plan for the IADB-supported PROSAMIM III programme in the Amazon Region. The programme tackles socioeconomic and environmental vulnerabilities of families living in areas of risk such as the São Raimundo river basin in Manaus. Our team provided criticial advice to the M&E plan to be implemented by a private infra-structure contractor.
