The baseline study of the IFAD-supported Pró-Semárido Program produced an overview of the initial situation of the families to be benefited by rural technical assistance and infrastructure works. In addition, control group was sampled and surveyes, so as to allow future impact measurement. Plan Eval was responsible for all data collection, tablet programming, logistical planning, data validation and analysis. ODK-based questionnaires were applied in 388 rural communities, totaling 2,512 households surveyed.
