Evaluation of the Classroom Management Toolkit

Perception research on the Classroom Management (GSA) course, supported by the Lemann Foundation. GSA is an online/in-classroom course for school managers that trains them in methods of classroom observation and ways to advise teachers on their performance. For this project, Plan Eval did a qualitative assessment with 35 course attendees and analyzed survey data and helped develop questionnaires. The Plan team wrote the final evaluation report based on both quantitative and qualitative data analyses.
