The evaluation assesses the Country Programme's reach and its results for children and adolescents, focusing on accountability and learning for the next cycle. Interviews with various stakeholders, including government representatives, UNICEF staff, and implementing partners, are carried out. Focus groups are also held with caregivers and adolescents in both urban and rural settings, and an online survey is administered to all implementing partners.
