Plan Eval conducted a study on sectors with the potential to create “green jobs” in Brazil, identifying the necessary skills and opportunities for the inclusion of adolescents and young people, especially the most vulnerable. Additionally, we developed a strategy for UNICEF and 1MiO to engage these sectors and promote the socio-productive inclusion of young people by fostering green skills, while considering their perceptions and expectations for the future.
