This end-term evaluation of the EU-UNICEF Joint Nutrition Action (JNA) in Uganda contrasts planned and achieved results, identifies challenges and draws recommendations. In this evaluation, Plan is doing an in-depth desk review, conducting interviews with key stakeholders, focus group discussions with target groups and beneficiaries. Direct observations and secondary data abstraction are also being used to complement the interviews during the visits to key stakeholders and programme areas.
