This end-term evaluation of the Joint Nutrition Action (JNA) in Uganda contrasts planned and achieved results, identifies challenges and draws recommendations. In this evaluation, Plan Eval carried out in-depth desk review, conducted interviews with key stakeholders, focus group discussions with target groups and beneficiaries, as well as field observations. The JNA is an EU-support programme aimed at improving nutritional status countrywide by building national capacities across ministries, with technical assistance from UNICEF.
