Development of a system to monitor the company's social management contracts in order to assess the performance of social work. We analyzed the activities common to all contracts and developed indicators of product delivery, results achievement and impact. With this sytem in place, the company was able to report to its clients on the progress of the contracts in an automated and standardized way, with great savings of time and financial resources.
