Formative Evaluation of the Toilet Marketing Project in Comoros
The evaluation mainly aims to draw lessons based on the project's second phase (pilot phase), aiming to inform a possible extension or scaling up of the project. The evaluation will thus measure the direct and indirect effects of the implemented interventions. At the beneficiary level, this involves assessing improvements in knowledge of improved toilets, toilet maker training, and household use of products and services.
