Formative Evaluation of the Toilet Marketing Project in Comoros
The Toilet Making Project in Comoros aimed to address a significant lack of san-itation infrastructure in the country by facilitating and encouraging access to improved toilets in the country. This evaluation drew lessons based on the pro-ject's second phase (pilot phase), aiming to inform a possible extension, or scal-ing up of the project. In this context, Plan Eval performed a contribution analysis through the qualitative impact assessment protocol (QuIP) method, in addition to interviews with key informants and analysis of secondary data.
