The research team conducted a qualitative evaluation of the first phase of the project, implemented from 2018 to 2021 in the Analanjirofo Region. The team also carried out a baseline survey of the second phase of the project that will be scaled up in two new districts (Fenerive Est and Soanierana-Ivongo) with an expanded intervention portfolio from 2021 to 2024. The evaluation aimed to analyze to what extent it has achieved its final objectives and to identify the factors that led to its achievement or not.
