Plan Evaluation was the agent chosen by Devtech Systems, a contractor for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), to design the evaluation and monitoring plan for a sustainable development programme in the Brazilian Amazon over a five year period, with a budget of $ 50+ million. The evaluation plan included workshops to draft and review the Theory of Change and the development of results and impact indicators. Plan Eval also detailed the research procedures for the ex-ante and ex-post programme evaluations.
