The development of Rede CUCA`s Logical Framework was carried out based on participatory processes that included not only managers and technicians, but also the young beneficiaries. We reviewed and created instruments such as the Theory of Change, Logical Framework, Indicator Matrix and Survey Questionnaires. This set of tools made it possible to structure a system of monitoring, evaluation and learning to measure and analyse the changes brought about in the lives of young people.
