The objective of this evaluation was to explore and document the impact of the program on the households and the different categories of beneficiary children. The evaluation was part of a more general context aimed not only at the evaluation of the program, but also aimed at supporting the Ministry of Social Affairs in the implementation of a wider and more ambitious social protection system that is integrated, complete and sensitive to the needs of children.
