Evaluation of the innovations of the National Remedial School Program for out-of-school children in Madagascar


The evaluation of these innovations within the Program will be summative and formative in nature, serving both accountability and learning purposes. The team will, on the one hand, evaluate the performance and quality of the new Program model, as well as assess its relevance and sustainability. On the other hand, the evaluation will identify lessons to be learned and good practices that will inform the strategy to scale up the program and its innovations.
