For this assignment, PlanEval and DevStat assessed the availability and quality of existing data and data sources related to Children in Uzbekistan. In parallel, we also conducted an Information Needs Assessment to understand the needs of local stakeholders in relation to Child Rights indicators; a Child Rights monitoring system; and the inter-institutional cooperation. Based on these two assessments, we supported the elaboration of the 2021 "Children of Uzbekistan" Yearbook and developed a concept for a web-portal on children data.
