Between 2020 and 2023 Plan Eval monitored the Porticus portfolio of early childhood programmes in Brazil, aimed at improving the living and learning conditions of children in settings of extreme adversity. For this contract, we developed a monitoring, evaluation and learning system involving all implementation partners. This included reviewing the Theory of Change, constructing a Logical Framework, monitoring partner organisations, and facilitating learning activities.
