Plan Eval carried out social opportunity assessments in Brazilian communities to identify and quantify social impacts caused by industrial operations and ways to better engage with local stakeholders. Our team interviewed an extensive network of stakeholders and analysed the track record of their relationship wih the company. Plan then produced evidence-based recommendations to prioritize the company's social investment and build constructive partnerships with key stakeholders, securing long-term legitimacy.
