Research and Assessment on Values, Knowledge and Culture of Access to Public Information among civil servants


Plan Eval's director, Fabrizio Rigout, performed diagnostic research on values, knowledge and culture related to access to public information in the executive branch of the Brazilian government as part of a UNESCO readiness assessment. Face-to-face interviews were conducted with the top echelon of ministries in the social protection area to understand how past factors such as the training and career paths of bureaucrats influence their views on the publicity to be given to information held by the state.
