Satisfaction Survey to Improve Coca-Cola Institute's Employability Hub


This qualitative research conducted for the Coca-Cola Brazil Institute aimed to understand the barriers encountered by the actors involved in the process of hiring young people in socially vulnerable situations. The Institute used this information to improve its value proposition in line with the needs of young people participating in qualification and employability projects. Semi-structured face-to-face and telephone interviews were conducted with Human Resources leaders, participating youth and partner organizations.
