Evaluation of the results of the post-urbanization work carried out in Jardim São Francisco, a low-income neighborhood located in the east end of the city of São Paulo. For this work a survey was administered to 377 families, which gathered information about 1.173 residents. Four focus groups were also carried out to evaluate the quality of environmental management, job training for youth, as well as the satisfaction of residents and the performance of management councils in the new apartment blocks.
