"Juntando as Pontas" is a project run the B'nai B'rith Charitable and Cultural Association of São Paulo with the support of the São Paulo State Government and the Council of the Elderly. It provides free escort services for seniors as well as culture and leisure. This prospective evaluation interviewed the elderly to gauge interest in the project and better understand their needs. The PlanEval team also spoke with family members and produced support material for the training of caregivers.
