Plan Eval carried out an evaluation of the Water + Access Program, an initiative promoted by companies and social organizations to promote access to drinking water in Brazilian rural communities. The actions carried out involved the development of a sustainability index for the evaluation of community water management models and data collection via semi-structured interviews with those responsible for the systems, and a survey with program beneficiaries in order to measure the effective impact of the program.
