Plan Eval conducted the final evaluation of Project K, funded by the French Facility for Global Environment (FFEM), a project aiming to enlarge the portfolio of financial mechanisms used by Environmental Funds in Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean. The evaluation consisted of an assessment of the project actions and an evaluative analysis using the OECD-DAC 5 Evaluation criteria. In terms of Data Collection, the research team conducted a desk review, field visits, semistructured interviews and focus groups.
