Authoring and publication of a paper about the social impact of business

The book is based on a series of workshops with representatives of companies affiliated with CEBDS. In order to systematize the best practices for measuring and evaluating social impact in different businesses, the publication highlights tools and success stories in 4 economic sectors: Extractive industries; Consumer goods; Retail and services; Finance and insurance. Focusing on the impact of operations, the book filled a gap in the evaluation literature, which hitherto highlighted private social investment and corporate social responsibility.
